We will be offering our special Gentle Tai Chi (Taiji) Class designed for students with any or a combination of the following:

Have a particular physical limitation

Are recovering from an injury

Prefer slower and less rigorously-paced class

Want to ease into learning the wide-world of Taiji before joining our signature Taiji classes
while reaping the physical-emotional-mental health benefits!
While the class will be beneficial for more elderly students, it benefits students of all ages!
